Do you deliver?
Yes, we do deliver.
What days and times do you deliver?
Is there a minimum order amount to be delivered?
We will deliver your order, whatever the total amount is.
What is your delivery fee?
Our standard delivery fee is $6.50 for all orders.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to local Singapore addresses only – you will be required to enter your address at the checkout. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not deliver to any addresses outside of Singapore.
How do you deliver my order?
We usually contract a third-party courier service.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
The courier will notify you via SMS when they expect to deliver. If you are not home the courier may drop at your doorstep (if there is a secure spot) or may re-attempt delivery at another time. A re-delivery may attract additional fees.
What if there are items missing from my order?
We try to ensure that your order is correctly packed. In the event that we make a mistake, please contact us via email at orders@flowerboxsingapore.com with proof (eg: photos) on the day you receive your order.
How will you communicate with me once I’ve placed my order?
When we have despatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and our courier service with your tracking number (or alternate delivery details) to keep you up to date on your delivery progress.
